Hotel Orion
Hotel Orion has 2 meeting rooms. The rooms are for rent on a daily base, so you can use the room in the morning, afternoon and evening. If you would like to split into groups, you can make free use of the lounge and/or the terrace.
The meeting rooms doesn't have fixed table positions, so we can customize the layout you wish. (U-shape, carré, theater or just a circle with chairs).
They are equiped with a flipchart, projection screen, television and a Full HD beamer. Also water jugs, mints and other candies are included.
We serve coffee and tea during the meeting in cans of 8 cups.
Our lunch buffet includes soup, sandwiches, hot snacks, fruit, milk and orange juice.
We could serve various snacks in the afternoon.
Dinner can be taken in the hotel or in one of the many restaurants on the island, ranging from the renowned restaurant Tante Kee to a simple Bar Bistro.
The location of Hotel Orion in Kaag allows you to combine your meeting with a trip on the lakes in a sailboat, canoe or motorboat, which are all on the island for rent.
